  2. I was rushed to er vrpmc a month ago due to 5x lbm,na assess naman. My only complaint is i was brought to dra mangay's clinic at 2nd floor kc di na daw sya makakababa, after i was examined i feel vomit and move and went to 2nd flr. Nahilo ako, and my sundo outside waiting for me. If something happened to me I will sue her. Emergency case na nga paakyatin sa clinic, tama ba yun????

  4. Intellicare is so impossible! we get to pay for the insurance of our dependents but wen they need to do a lab tests the coverage is so limited. This will be my last renewal in the company I don't like your limed coverage. Maxicare is really the best insurance ever.

  12. Ayaw tanggapin ang ipapagawa sana naming cbc lab test ng aking anak na mayroon din intellicare card.. dito po sa Jesus Nazarene Gen Hos sa Lingayen Pangasinan.. Ayo. Sa kanila hindi na raw kasi affiliated ang Doctor ng aking anak sa kanilang hospital kaya hindi na raw pwede.. Tama po ba sila?

Your operators/customer services are frustating, i was about to do labs at 8am, im at the hospital at 7am,diliman doctors in q.c been calling you 7am,phone just playing recording up until 8am, i did fasting for my blood tests at 8am. Fasting has been lapsed because noone picking up the phone for an hour to approve the tests. So frustrating.

This is really disappointing for a health care company.I've been paying for my dependents for 5months now but still 1 of my dependent is still "UNDERPROCESS" status.How many months do you need just to check the eligibility of your client? In December we will again renew the health card that we have but until now its still underprocess. How disappointing and frustrating for such a big company to work like this.

  25. im sherwin deodora nkaconfined at ndischarge n s skyline hospital. intellicare pips i woild like to recommend sir bryan john romano.. dhil grabe xa mgasikaso biruin mo umabot xa ng 10pm ng gabi khit hnggng 5pm lng sya dapat. nd sya ang ngackaso lhat ptungkol s bill.. intellicare mnagement saludo ako s nyo at my empleyado kayo ktulad ni sir bryan. walang reklamo mlumanay at npka professional nyang kausap.. salmat sir bryan nklabas na po ako.

  27. Hi, paano po mag remove ng dependents? Nakapag enroll po ako ng dalawa kase ang sabi ng HR namin libre daw dalawang dependents. NGayon nagulat akohalos 4k bawas sakin dahil sa HMO na ito. Please help. Di na ako nakakapag bayad ng tuition ng mga kapatid ko ng dahil dito. :( Help me po, please.

  29. Naka ilan tawag na ako sa customer service. Ni walang nakakaalam if cover ng intellicare ang paswab test!!! Mga walang kwenta! Patay na pasyente! Kayo lang nakikinabang ng pera!!! Sarap nyong pasabugin! Mga OLIGARCO!!!

  35. I applied for my parents health through our company, pero nagkaroon ng emergency and naconfine ang parent ko kahapon August 13,2022 . Ang sabi ng opisina, by August 24,2022 pa ang activation nung card. Posssible po ba kayang mareimburse yung hospital bill namin?
